CORPORATE GATEWAY · ACCESS NOTICE 1.0.0
Your account access
This operational notice describes this gateway’s account features. It is not a substitute for company privacy policies, service agreements, or enrollment documents.
Identity first
Sign-in uses AppDeploy-managed provider authentication or a passwordless email link. The Ross page does not collect a password. Use the same provider and email for future visits; separate identities may have separate profiles.
Information stored by this gateway
After identity verification, registration stores your provider-issued account identifier and email, display name, optional organization, selected interest, registration and update timestamps, and acknowledgement of this access notice. This information is stored in an application-scoped profile associated with your authenticated identity.
Scope and permissions
Registration permits you to maintain your own corporate-gateway profile. It does not grant owner access, enroll you in a paid service, create a tax-practitioner credential, or authorize access to tax, payroll, banking, school, or government systems. Linked applications have their own access requirements.
Owner access
The server checks the provider-authenticated identity against the configured owner allowlist. Editing a profile, entering an email in a form, or opening an owner URL does not change permissions.
Protect your information
Do not enter Social Security numbers, taxpayer records, bank details, passwords, or identity documents in your profile. Sign out when using a shared device. Signing out here clears this browser’s application session; it does not promise to terminate sessions in other applications or at your identity provider.
Help and account requests
Use Recover access to open the managed sign-in flow, or contact help@rosstaxsoftware.com for account support, correction, or removal requests. Identity verification is still required. Approved company terms and privacy-policy links for the authentication popup are awaiting configuration; this notice does not claim to replace them.
