PRIVACY NOTICE
Corporate gateway data handling
Effective September 28, 2026. This notice covers this corporate gateway and does not replace privacy notices or agreements for separately operated applications.
Information used by this gateway
Managed authentication may provide an account identifier, email address, display name, and profile information allowed by the selected provider scope. If you register a gateway profile, this application stores your provider-issued account identifier and email, display name, optional organization, selected interest, timestamps, and access-notice acknowledgement.
Preferences and support requests
Account preferences may store a preferred start page and default support category. Authenticated support requests store the account identifier and email, category, subject, summary, urgency, status, and timestamps.
What not to submit
Do not submit Social Security numbers, tax-return data, bank information, passwords, full payment-card numbers, identity documents, or other high-risk records through the general profile or support forms.
Authentication
The gateway uses managed provider authentication. The Ross sign-in page does not maintain a local password field. Provider processing is subject to the terms and privacy practices of the provider you choose.
Linked applications
Opening another Ross application leaves this gateway. That application may maintain separate accounts, data, permissions, terms, or privacy notices.
Access, correction, and support
You can edit your gateway profile and preferences after signing in. For other account requests, use the authenticated support workspace or the support contact published in the gateway.
Implementation boundary
This application does not include a feature that sells corporate-gateway profile data. This statement describes the implemented gateway feature set and is not a company-wide statement about unrelated systems or vendors.
