Corporate gateway terms

Effective September 28, 2026. Service-specific engagements, software agreements, enrollment documents, tax preparation agreements, and other signed contracts control where they apply.

Purpose

This website provides corporate information, application routing, account registration, preferences, support intake, and governance information.

No automatic professional engagement

Creating a corporate-gateway account, viewing a page, or opening an application link does not by itself create a tax-preparation engagement, legal representation, payroll-processing engagement, educational enrollment, financing arrangement, or government authorization.

Account responsibility

Use an identity you control, keep provider access secure, sign out on shared devices, and do not attempt to access another person’s account or restricted owner functions.

External applications

Linked applications and external services can have separate access requirements, policies, fees, terms, and privacy notices. A directory link is not a warranty that an external system is available.

Operational status

Deployment, registration, or route availability does not prove agency approval, external authorization, funding status, service health, or regulatory certification.

Acceptable use

Do not use the gateway to interfere with service operation, bypass authorization, submit unlawful content, or place high-risk records into general-purpose forms that are not designated for those records.

Changes

Website routes, features, notices, and runtime settings may change through controlled releases. Material service relationships remain subject to their applicable agreements.
